Our Story
RSVP Construction Inc. is a Woman-Owned, Small Business based in El Cajon, CA. I have grown up in a construction family and have been actively working in construction for the past 11 years. I chose to stay in the business because I enjoy seeing the start of a project and watching the progress of work until completion. Multiple people and trades working together towards a common goal gives me a sense of satisfaction. I have seen the ups and downs in this field, but believe when you find your niche it can be very prosperous. I also feel being a woman in construction will be a challenge but I thrive when faced with challenges and believe with hard work RSVP Construction Inc will be a thriving company.
